    opening attachment while in outlook

    when i receive an email with .jpg files and i go to open them i get the following message

    Application not found

    any ideas on what o need to do, its annoying having to save them to the hard drive first

    Either you don't have a program to open them (strange) or the file type jpg is not associated with the program(s) you've got.

    Kelvin, what OS are you running?

    Download and install IrfanView. Great freeware program which somebody on the forum put me onto.

    Right click > "open with "and select a program to view it with, MS fax/ photo viewer will do.
