    windows SP3

    My computer has recomended me to download SP3 and now I have lost my email............can anyone help me The button on the keyboard does not work anymore and I can not find it my programs list.

    Did you download SP3?

    What email software?

    What brand of keyboard?

    I suspect you will need to go to the control panel>Keyboard and select the key assignment for mail again.

    well that is enough advice....I have fixed the problem.....found it in control panel......not sure why outlook disappeared though
