    Question why so big?

    went to download the latest Nvidea vid card driver this morning and nearly fell over,,
    87mg!!!

    why are they so big?

    that would be the full install pack with all the bells and whistles demo programs instructions in every language known to man and all the assosciated bloat that comes with a windows installer.

    Yep it probaly comes with gui management tools... blah blah blah...

    The actual driver itself is probably tiny.

    the nvidia driver download is actually a driver "pack" it includes all the drivers for all the current models of card and all supported operating systems I guess its easier to choose wich driver to download when there are only a few options.
