    In my case....

start, control panel, display, this brings up the generic windows graphics control options.

From here select the settings tab and press the advanced button on that page. this brings up the plug and play monitor options

from here select the Intel(R) graphics media accerlator tab and press graphics properties this brings up the intel graphics media accelrator panel.

on the left side select the display driver tab and thats got your rotation controls on it.

you may not have to goto all this hassle if you look in the system tray next to the clock there might be a small icon of a generic monitor or a blue tile leaning to the left with an asterix in it, that will bring up the same panel (or it did in mine when i turned that particualr system tray icon back on again)

if you need it I'll take some screenshots of the process.

    your milage may vary.
