    Laptop cases

I'm after a laptop case. Preferably dust proof and waterproof.

Has anyone had a look at these: Black Wolf Adventure Gear - Aqua Notebook

The obvious choice is a Pelican Case, which I may get from the States (about half the cost of here).

Which one - 1090CC? This is the other option I was considering.

At work we use the Aerolyte aluminium cases for equipment transportation. Most of these are custom made but they do have standard sizes.

As a cheaper alternative, if you just want something more "crush proof" than a standard laptop case, you could look at the aluminium cases you find in in places like SuperCheap or Dick Smith.

    Think it's a 1490
Pelican 1490 notebook & laptop computer shipping case

This looks a bit more like a Pelican case-

I can fit two Toshiba 13.5" laptops in sleeves, power supplies, tiny mice in mine.

    When buying Pelican, shop around.
There are a number of distributors in Australia, its even better if you have a good account with a wholesaler.

Try Rexel and Auslec as well as the standard online shops.

That's what swung me towards the BlackWolf ones. I was looking at dry bags.

I like the Pelican cases (I own several) but they are expensive and what I really need is dust protection when travelling - inside the Defender
