I had BoB delivered yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately the courier company were not very nice to him and the box was severly damaged so I was very hesitent when I plugged him him.
I get a wireless connection from my pc to BoB but no connection from Bob to the net. Any calls received also have a fair bit of interference.
So after a couple of weeks waiting while the connect the phone, sort out a problem with the line in the street, send BoB and try to connect I am still waiting.
I have been onto support this morning and they are going to send me a new one. Hopefully better luck second time round.
Oh yeah, no waiting if you call support at 5:50 am :BigThumb:
