That's a good resource that one. However picking the time they update can be frustrating. There are a heap of rumor sites to follow if you can be bothered.
I just had a quick read of an iPod pricing post on this forum, and thought that someone out there would surely benefit from this;
Mac Buyer's Guide: Know When to Buy Your Mac, iPod or iPhone
As non-Apple users are probably unaware, Apple updates their products with total secrecy, however there is usually a consistent pattern that they follow - you don't want to buy a new iMac/iPod/iPad() only to have a brand new model released (at the same price) two weeks later...
Hope this helps somebody!

2005 Defender 110
To paraphrase a close friend of mine - yes I can
And yes, it's bloody frustrating - I bought an iBook G4 about a month before the new Macbooks came out (it was like a puppy - I loved it, then loathed it)
By the way - for those of you who care - iPad is now the most likely name for the Apple Tablet. Am I the only person who was a little unnerved by this? (Is that only relevant in Aus?)
Does it come with Wings and a breathable cover?
Ipad, thats as bad as going to a mates place to play with his wii
Jet pack and wetsuit (in 5 hot new metallic colours) - if it's called the iPad though, I'd say either red for the cheap version or brown for the more advanced product.Originally Posted by Hymie
