I have just purchased a new samsung mobile. Installed the driver etc but it wont connect via USB
So cant get pics off it as a result.

Never had a drama in the past. Must be a trick to it.

    check the manual.

some require you to install the drivers before you connect it up others afterwards once windows has found it.

I also have some hassles with some devices that like to be on the first usb port in the line they work fine from one port on the machine but not the rest and fine from the first port on the hub when its plugged in. but no others.

    Bluetooth?

I've got a Motorola phone and a Mac, parent companies not really talking, but all photo and other file transfers are no probs using Bluetooth.

Bit spooky when they look for each other and you have to let one talk to the other, for the first time, with no wires.

    cheers, DL
