I don't think OziCE can handle (file manage) the 6gb of maps. It loads and indexes the maps up OK (just takes a while) but when I put GPS to sleep and then switch it back on and go to open Ozi it comes up with an error and will not load. It is the amount of files it has the manage no the system as such.
I will clear the 16gb card and recopy everything just in case it has had a hit and see what happens. If I still get the same issue I will remove unnecessary maps until they are at a level that can be managed.
Once I had the formatting issues sorted the GPS runs well on the larger card and the GPs is great.

Edit: It seems it is OziCE that had the problem with the 16gb card and it is not a map issue. Problem still exists with only one map - when reloading OziCE after the GPS has been asleep it cannot find OziCE.exe. As this is no longer a formatting the card post - I have followed up here http://www.aulro.com/afvb/gps/86836-...ml#post1176414
