Thread: Compacted Messages in email

I have Outlook express here. My missus came in this morning and said it had compressed the messages from last year to this current day!
Be buggered if I can find any trace Is there some way to access the files? Or better put them back. Otherwise I have lost everything

The compact may have crashed, have a look at the link bellow has steps of a way you may be able to recover your mail.

Compacting helps Outlook Express run smoother and faster.

Before you do a compact do a backup of your mail to be sure you have one.
