Steering wheel covers Where to buy?

The Disco's steering wheel is becoming a bit slick so I have looked around for a steering wheel cover.
I know one of the members got a set from Wheelskins in the USA , but he had a few issues with the incorrect sizes a few times.
I'm been to the usual petrol head haunts. The ones on offer are pretty ghastly, furry or pink, or just designed for the young petrolheads.
Apart from that they are always to small.
Anyone know where they are available in Oz?

I delivered a spare steering wheel to a leather worker who hand stitched some top quality thin leather around it, has lasted for many years. Garment leather is very supple. Try a handicraft person who does handbags etc.

I managed to "man bulk" a supercheap cover on mine. Bloody tight fit but on the plus side it aint going anywhere.

It was one of the very few tasteful covers they had.

Thanks, might see if I can score some leather and off to a shoe repairer or something and get it stitched.
I asked the UK ebay seller who sells the leather gaiters for Land Rovers but they don't do wheels.

Was that the terry towelling style one? I did the same, like you said its a tough fit but worth it. I cant recall the price but seem to think it was less than a 10'er.

    Cheers

I ended up ordering one from Honkers, $35 delivered. As Abovem, these are stitch on ones. They had a really Nice Leather on but it was around the $80 mark. I found a few leather ones in the local Auto stores but they weren't wide enough in circumference.
The slip on ones have a gap where the 2 sides meet. Discos must have very fat steering wheels

Would you be able to post a picture of it when you put it on? It looks good but looks very thick as well.
    Thanks

    Will do,
They did have this one buy genuine leather at $35 British pounds for the size of Discovery plus postage.
