they look like just the thing i was thinking about earlier in the thread, look good, look forward to your comments when fitted.

X-Eng have no plans for a front swaybar to match the rear one, just not enough space.

    G'Day Nicho,

Yes, I've had them in the rear for a while now and used them plenty of times. Very easy to install and use.

Kits comes with 4 but I never installed the fronts, no need and I lost one of the rears when the split pin bent up so now the fronts are for spares.

I've had problem in the bigger stuff where the rear left spring will not re-seat properly (cut a good BFG up on Mount Blue Rag). So next step for me is dislocation cones.

No more chewed out swaybar bushes, which Im happy about.

I did have a problem with them never showing up in the post. Mike was good about it and sent another set to sort me out.

    Cheers,
    Rez

Since my last post I bought one of the X-Eng sway bars and fitted it, bit of an arse to fit bit looks the business when fitted, dead easy to turn on and off and it works, not had a chance to test off road yet, but when unlocked, offers no resistance to articulation at all.

I just got back from a Border Track and Big Desert trip. Some lucky bugger may well find a set of quick disconnects on the border track
Swap bar span up so the drop arms were facing up and hitting lower spring platforms and I think they've popped the spilt pins off. I've lost both of them and I'm not happy about it...

Nicho before you install dislocation cones, put hose clamps around the top coil of the spring and the spring mount and tighten. I retained my rear springs like this after they would fall out under articulation once my lift was installed.
They still haven't broken yet and I have spares if they do. Cheapest and best way to solve the spring dislocating problem. I say best because you don't have the constant clunk every time the spring slides along the cone and reseats.
Just have to make some rear sway bar drop brackets now so I can still run it. 50mm square tubing bolted on the original mount should do the trick.!!
