    Steel Wheels

    Hi guys
I'm looking to buy some new black sunraysia style rims for my Disco 1. Wanting 16x7 with approx zero offset. Can anyone recommend a good brand, and where to purchase. So far all I can find in this spec is King Wheels.

    Cheers
    Geoff

What's wrong with the OE 16x7 disco 1 rims? They are much stronger in construction than the sunraysia/speedy wheels.

Very easy to modify the offset, or have it modified. almost none of my disco rims are standard.

    Thanks for all your replys.

The reason i'm after black sunraysia's with zero offset is purely for aesthetics. I'm sure the standard disco steel rim is strong, but it's damned ugly!
Thanks for the photos Distortion. Nice looking rims. Do you mind me asking what you paid for them? I've been quoted $120 each including swapping the tyres over, for the King Wheels rims.

from memory the pro comps were about 190 each including transport costs they came from QLD apparently so they might be cheaper for you.

I could have got something cheaper but at the end of the day they looked good, were well made, and the right size and offset and I didn't have to use my time getting a standard set of rims to where i wanted them.
