    Front and Rear springs interchangeable?

    Hey all

Just wondering if the rear springs will fit in the front and vice versa?

    Thanks

Hmm I would say not so much. Fronts are shorter, rears are longer. Different spring rates as well

They will, but they are stiffer and will give about 50mm lift.
    Cheers

Physically the springs will fit, but as said earlier, they are all different rates, the rears are just about always heavier than the front, so if you swapped what you have, you would be driving about with your nose in the air and the rear would be very soft.

If you bought a new set of springs they are always bought in pairs, and any pair will fit the front or rear, it all depends what sort of load you will carry, how firm you want the ride and high high you want the car to sit, thankfully the manufacturers have worked it all out for us and have recommendations as to what you want, but no spring is specifically for the front or rear, its all down the above.

Lovell's springs are rated not only for front or rear but which side as well, they come with tags on them, check with your supplier for position, Regards Frank.

its just i got a bunch of springs from work, and having good rears in and having sum older rears in the front would compensate for the moment and level things out, as his car is lower then a droped como atm
