Thread: Flashing interior light?

Weird. Upon openning the door with the interior light in the middle (auto) position, the light flashes on/off continuously. Once the door is closed it turns off as expected. If I switch it to the ON position it works fine (so bulb is OK). Has anyone experiences this before and care to share some tips before I launch into the wiring diagrams?

There should be a delay relay somewhere that also switches off the light when you leave the doors open too long, find it with RAVE and get another one, or hot wire it and manage without. I may have a look at RAVE myself sometime, see what I find.
