IME the power steer pump dies with a shaft excursion radiator wards.. which may "drive" the belt forwards?
Just a thought, Im sure you check it though?

Drama with the fan belt walking off at the water pump front side, new tensioner & bearing in pulley, & water pump still no go. Anybody out there had thing.

Yup, almost 100% certain power steering pump will be the culprit

P/S or at best the pulley for the P/s is loose
take the belt off and wiggle all the pullies, one of them wont feel right. Justin is normally on the money so give the power steering pump pulley a wiggle first.
