    disco ute?

    I have a 1995 v8 discovery on gas which I am considering turning into a ute. What i would like to know is roughly how much would it weigh if fitted with an alloy tray?
    Also i am considering putting a whole ute cab on like for example a gq patrol cab of 75 series cab what are people opinions of this rather than all the welding and structual work turning the disco cab into a ute?
    All input is welcome good or bad as i am just throwing the idea around or maybe i would be better off selling it and buying a ute?
