    Heavy Duty Rear Bumper

I've come to the conclusion that it is no longer worth going to the effort of removing, repairing (with vast amounts of glue and self tapping screws) and re-attaching the bumper ends on my 1997 Disco as at best the repair is shonky and comes undone the first time it gets knocked again

As a result I've decided to invest in a heavy duty rear bar and seek advice/opinions on what to get or look for.

Are there any makes that are better than others? I'm not looking for one that doubles up as a spare wheel carrier or anything like that and before anyone suggests I make one myself, I don't have any kind of workshop facilities at my disposal and lack and kind of welding skills

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

I was in the same position as yourself

I ended up going with a rovercraft bar, which was a reasonable price and easy to fit

you can check out what it looks like here

There are also a few up on 'the bay' at the moment, and one specifically in NSW.
