Strange lights
Hi all, have not had to ask for advice for a while since my '94 Disco 300 TDI had been behaving well for a long time.
Last night, after three gruelling days in the steep mountains and jungles of Borneo, was on the tar road home when a mate pointed out that my rear lamps were not working. Noticed that air-con panel light was also out.
Later, worked out that all fuses and bulbs were fine.
The tail lights as well as AC panel came on when I switch on the parking lights, but go off as soon as main lights are switched on, whether high or low beam.
The warning buzzer for absent-minded drivers also sound only when parking/tail lamps are on, and stop when main lights are on.
Anyone know where the gremlin is?
Thanks in advance.

Problem solved. The main light switch on the turn indicator stalk is worn so contact is dodgy.
If main light is turned on gently, all is well.
If it's switched on with too much force, no tail and AC panel light.
