just as i got home my disco died and now when i take the key out the dash lights and parkers stay on and when i try to start it all the lights on the lpg guage go out and it wont start???????? wtf is wrong????

Ignition switch? try hot wiring the ignition under the dash. The 3 wires from the ignition switch are in a black sleeve going to the fuse box. Nothing a toggle switch won't fix until you can get another ign switch.Originally Posted by dirtdawg

ok so i dissconnected the battery for a while and now the dashlights dont stay on and it turns over but the lights on the gas/pet gauge come on and then go out and it wont start?

Subscriberi had this problem, turned out to be a bad earth on the gas/petrol switch,
your system could be different to mine but it's worth having a look,
