    Turbo boost gauges what size to buy

    Hey guys i want to put a turbo boost gauge in my 300tdi discovery but not sure what size to buy to put into it

    You'll want a 52mm VDO gauge if you want it to match the rest of your instruments. VDO do a 15PSI and 30PSI gauge. The 300TDI should do close to 15PSI on full boost. I have a 30 PSI model with the part numberVDO 150077011. You'll also need a VDO fitting kit with the olives, hose, fittings etc.

    You'll then need to work out how and where to connect it. Either a t piece off the existing hose or tap the bung on the back of the intake manifold.

    I bought a Speco Meter 2" 0-30psi boost gauge (part number of 533-05 I think, but they're on the Speco Thomas website) from Repco the other day for mounting on top of the dash in my D2. It'll go in a twin gauge holder next to an EMS2 from MadMan (when it arrives).
