I wouldn't bother trying to get the injectors serviced, but lash out on a new set. From 'the bay', or direct from the UK, the price is not unreasonable. I put in a new set in my 98 300TDI, and saw an immediate improvement in economy figures, plus a reduction in smoking.

The pump I can't suggest anything, but would be interested to see the difference, as my baby is just coming up for the 225k service, and I am wondering if it needs it doing. Still getting about 10.5l/100km, but I think there is definite room for improvement.

These Injectors have 2 pressure stages, usually diesel workshops recommend to clean nozzles or to change the whole injectors.

I have replaced the injectors in my 200tdi once.
The bosch agent/workshop i got them through said
if they could get new tips from bosch they could
rebuild them, but at the time they could not get them.
There was a thred some time ago with the tip numbers
i tried but could not find it again.
