    gremlins i tell you!
mine has just recently done the same thing. topped up tranny and t/c, checked all lines (felt lines also after a bit of a drive) didn't feel overly hot. im also suspecting a sender fault. is there any way to test it?
my light someones comes on and stays on, and then sometimes flickers. it came off when i backed the car up a little too.
