i have a1990/91 disco with a 2inch lift kit and tyres 185 75 16 with arb diff locks and running due fuel my problem is that it serges on fuel until warm but on gas no problem could i get some help please the v8 has 220 klms on the clock

Your best bet is to post in the LPG section, as that is where the gurus of dual fuel hang out.

I would say it is not tuned properly but they guys that frequent that area e.g. Bee Utey are professionals and have a wealth of information between them.
