Radiator and leak
I all,
I have a leak from my radiator, it is from the lower outlet(bottom hose) but is coming from a crack at the join. It is a relatively slow leak so I was wondering if I could fix it without taking it to be welded at the radiator shop?
Also (yes I Knowles common) in the heavy rain yesterday, my passenger footwell was soaked, it came from behind the glovebox. I've looked for any obvious holes but am at a loss. Any ideas?
Thanks as always

If you just want to do a temporary fix get some of that radiator tape (cant remember the name of it) and wrap that around it until you get around to fixing it propery.
when the dash was pulled out of my Disco I about half way up the passenger foot well was a plate that from factory had about a 10 - 12mm gap along the top going dow to nothing where it was tak welded on the bottom ( I guess I must have bought a friday car
you could have something similar.
also check your window seals as water can get in even though it appears ok. grab a hose and a friend get them to hose the windscreen with you sticking your head and torch underneith.
