I'd scrap the ARB and get one of Dave's new lockers!
....I certainly won't be putting ARB's in if I have to do it again!

Why not wait till the Chinese knock off Dave's design too!?

Then all Dave's hard work can be had for a fraction of the price....

looks like ARB may finally come through with the parts.
$350ish to repair the ARB so not too bad

ill stop hijacking this thread now i was just adding my personal experiences with ARB parts availability.

i originally made the decision to go with ARB because i thought id have parts available easily and all the touchy feely stuff bout aussie jobs too

going ashcroft when i can afford the 2nd locker

    G'day Dave,

Food for thought on the lockers, like you say, Im willing to give them ago for that price. Hell, if I can get 3 years out of them on the 20% off road driving that I would do in a year (even then 5% of that would be with the lockers in!) I'll be happy!.

How did you go with the install? Like most of us have experienced over time, reading a Chinese instruction manual can be as painful as grating your face off with a bastard file. I have pretty good mech ability so I should be alright.

Lastly, I have gone to the purchase page and have had to leave an enquiry as there is no pricing available. Did you have to do this and if so, did they get back to you quickly?

    Cheers

Its been a while since l have been back to this thread.
A few companies Chinasoong or Unity 4wd stock CL's.
I have been wheeling with 35 & 37's in creek runs for months now with my Isuzu Rangie, with no issues to report with my CL !!
Imagine days of constant rock crawling without any issues or breakages !!
Fitting and instructions that come with the locker are easy to read.
    Cheers Dave
