Thread: D1 Will only start with accelerator flat on floor?

Hey Guys
New to site, would appreciate some advice. I have a '94 D1 auto V8 and it's decided to only start with the accelerator flat on the floor. I've replaced the fuel pump and I'm now thinking either the stepper motor of fuel regulator??
Any ideas??????????????

Leaking injectors? Have you also fitted a new filter? Take the little vacuum hose off the fuel regulator and look for signs of fuel leakage. Injectors are relatively easy to replace, Holden and Ford ones fit the same way, upgraded ones are available from ebay ( search Gen 2 , mustang etc.)
