Thread: Safari Snorkel Template Needed- Melb

Hi i'm still after a template if anyone has got one, or does anyone know of someone cheap that could fit it in West Gippsland or SE Melb?

Unfortunately i dont have one but you could make one by using the snorkle as a guide and taking a few measurements of the disco, once you have the location of the hole for the guard and it lines up with where the snorkle sits against the A pillar you should be right. Hole needs to be larger than intake pipe so you can move it around by 10mm or so.

Can someone please give me the measurements of where the bracket mounts on the A pillar, mm from gutter down and up from join in panel?
This will just help getting it right. Also distance from edge of bonnet to snorkel around where the pipe goes thru the guard.

Ive just removed one from a 300tdi with a dead motor. Panel is in Avalon blue , your are more than welcome to either remove the panel or measure it , I'm in Mt dandenong

Are you fixing the V8 or the tdi engine?

tdi, non abs and you can have the panel
not planing to repair the 300tdi parting out currently
