LRA in Melbourne supply good upgraded steering bars, you will want both the track rod and drag link. These make the standard ones look like breadsticks.
Discovery Series 1 1992 to 1998
The early disco's ran standard without sway bars, tho im not sure the changes made with spring rates and shock progression when the models with sway bars came in. I run mine without, tho i have thought of putting the front back in for a little less body roll. Im not altogheter happy with the EFS 2" kit in mine. Feels like the springs are a little too firm and the shocks far too soft, plus the rear has sagged.
Make sure you go for the defender mounting of the steering damper, will cause you a lot less issues with avoiding damage in the standard location. Only drawback is it allows the passenger front wheel to lift a bit on uphills.
Some type of diff cover guard definetly recommended, standard is thin and can push in easy.
2" suspension and 2" body is a great setup for 35's with a little body trimming, dont need to go higher unless your ramp over clearence is still lacking where you play.
I reckon you should also get into some stronger axles and cv's, the standard aren't strong. I went with this set from Rovertracks in the US. No worries from Keith, great product. Just found USPS was lacking for a while in its punctuality...
