That's around the mark for Australian prices Gazz... It really pains me to say this but they are much cheaper from the US. Check out the threads on this.

I think so.
I priced Billies for my RR. They were $220 each in Oz. I bought a set from the USA for US$359 + US$126 shipping.

That's actually a pretty good price.
I got 4 Billies for my 130 (slightly heavier duty units) and they were US$530 delivered from eShocks (from memory).
I got quoted over $1K for the same shocks from an Australian supplier, so $640 is OK I think to save you from the hassle of organising an overseas purchase.
Where is everyone buying there billies overseas from? are they standard valved? i priced up some yesterday for 10in travel with custom valving 380 each, but not sure which series of shock they are.........
but i have been told that the shocks available here are german built and the US ones are US built andnot as good quality?
I used eShock. They were great: Bilstein Shocks, KW Suspensions and much more: eShocks.com
I got mine from TruckSpring.com
Only issue is that they have the same open lengths as the OEM units which isn't fantastic with a 2" lift.
If you search Aust suppliers most quote them as suitable for 0-2" lift so I took the risk.
Yet to take it offroad since installing them but I think they're already bottoming out on speed humps (to be confirmed).
Cheers,
Rez
