ideas before I rip the interior apart?

Sorry to hear about the holes!

I tried using windscreen sealant all around the windscreen surround. The top corners in particular seemed stuffed so I pumped about half a tube in each side. It defo minimized the drivers side leak but will find out this morning exactly what difference it made as its been p1551ng it down all night.

Ps on my rear passenger door, I've got rust under the fixed glass (window frame has nearly rusted through at the back where it bolts to the door) any ideas on a replacement?

Got a slight bit of damp in the drivers side but not enough to pool and nothing in the passenger side. Appears the leaks are/were somewhere around the windscreen. I'll try and run a bead of sealant down the drivers side windscreen and around the top of the a-pillar where the roof meets it (already appears to have been done once).

I had the widscreen replaced not that long ago maybe 2 - 3 years? stupid me didn't ensure that they replaced the rubber as well. May have to get another screen as it is rather stone chipped from driving on gravel roads and get the rubber replaced and get them to gob buckets of sealant on as they do it

by the way Fev I didn't mean to steal your post, it's just that we seem to be having the same problem.

Like you say it appears to be the same issue so it makes sense to keep it together.

Hope you get it sorted!

Like I said tho, mine seems 120% better by just running a bead of sealant round the rubbers. Just gotta replace the rear window surround now!

looks like I might have to invest in some black sika flex and do the same

well today was the best rain we have had since I last posted adn I believe I have fixed the leaks.

the hole in the windsreen drivers side top was definitely one and a huge thank you Ron after taking off the kick plate there was a hole there where your photo showed with no plug - a liberal squeeze of silicone and it would appear that the water leaking problems have finally been solved.

Get yourself a Series Landy if you want to know what water leaks are....it just pours in the top and out the bottom.

first car I ever owned was a series 2A shorty I didn't mind it raining more on the inside than the outside - no carpet or anything remotely like comfort so it didnt matter :D
