    D1 What bolt/thread size?

In the rear floor area above the fuel tank are threaded nuts which I want to use to hold down cupboard/boxes. A 10mm just goes in but won't engage, similiar for British sizes. What is the thread size?

If the bolt holes are anything to do with 3rd row seat belts they are probably 7/16 inch UNF. Try a bolt off a front/rear seat belt for size.

Eureka! I screwed off the rear bottom seatbelt off the wheel arch and it went in perfectly.
Assuming the seatbelt threads are 7/16 inch UNF, then that's what I need. Thanks big time.
