    Again, it is only one part of the assembly. Someone on the forum may have an old assembly you can get the fuel gauge sender off. And also you need to have a look at yours, sometimes they are just a bit worn and respond to cleaning and rebending the gauge wiper.

    Turns out that was the problem with mine, I ended up getting a whole new assembly.

    The one I pulled out was a genuine LR part, dated 9/2008. Genuine LR, and only lasted 3 years
