Disco V8 will not idle

I will second Dave's work at Rovertech. Throw the problem at him (and there has been plenty!!) and he has always had the solution. Great bloke to deal with.

Umm showing ignorance here (new to Disco's) but if you don't ask............. but what is TPS??

Throttle Position Sensor

i put on a new stepper motor ( after i broke the old one. be careful putting it back on , the big nut is plastic.)
made a bit of diference.
Then checked the voltage on the MAS and set it to 1.9v (i Think) and made heaps better.
And get 50 to 100 km more to a tank.
