Thread: td05 turbo onto a tdi

I'm guessing it'd be waaay too big, regardless of what combination compressor and turbine you can come up with.

A 300Tdi suffers from poor bottom end response at the best of times, and most tuners in the past used a TD04.

These days a VNT appears to be the go.

Yes, you'll need either a custom exhaust manifold or a 200tdi manifold could be used. Should be some pics here as a mate did it about 2 years ago.
