This was just discussed at length a week ago into the "300Tdi death by oil thread".
Having gone though this myself I ended up simply moving the whole car on.
The location of the bowls in the pistons, and the angle of the injectors are different, as are the injectors themselves. You cannot remove a 200Tdi piston in situ as the ladder frame prevents removal of the big end caps.
It becomes more a question of is it worth pulling your 200Tdi engine out completely to fit 300Tdi pistons, head, injectors, rocker gear etc...
(addendum: and my frank answer to that is of course not, if its a Disco anyway, because the cost of doing all that gets you a much newer car with a quieter engine, a non-feral dash with glove box, auto transmission, ABS, airbags etc...)
