SRS light on
Hi,
The SRS light won't go off. Has anybody come accross this before? I'm thinking maybe a fuse?
Thanks.

When a disco is 10 years old the SRS needs to be serviced by landrover and will cost thousands.
If you are not too bothered about the meaning of the light and just would rather it not be there. Take the clocks out and remove the bulb. However you'll have a job, the clocks need one hell of a lot of dismantling to get to the bulb. I gave up, so just cut a small piece of black insulation tape to cover over the flickering SRS light.
Now i'm more than happy, light free! I also noticed that a previous owner had removed the ABS bulb. Not really a shock as I new the ABS wasn't working.
I'b be suprised if removing the fuse has any effect on the SRS light itself.
