It's looking good mate. What have you decided when it comes to sway bars? Remove them completely or do dis connects?
I'm lucky the 2door never came out with them so I'm not fitting them. You might find with decent flex the front drive shaft will hit the sway bar (mine did) until I removed it on the dozer.
What offset rims are you going to run? I found -4.25 was a nice choice but I had reduced turning circle. The stability was very noticeable once I fitted the rims and 35's, seemed to balance out the lift with a bit of extra width.
Keep it up mate I'm watching and waiting for the finished product.

Nicho , im waiting for a swaybar disconnectors atm . In the mean time i just disconnected the back ones .Fitted the Expedition spring retainers yesterday , well one side at least , only took 5 hours . Its a bugger of a thing to fit but should do nicely .Ordered a pair of shock turret rings as i snapped a bolt on each side on the weak ome rings . Heavy duty steereing rod and drag link coming as well as the steering damper relocation kit .I try to put it together by saturday , at least the back and have a test run .
