What off set without rubbing ?

Im upgrading the cvs axles etc ,what maximum offset can i use on 32 inch tyres ? I want to give it as much stance as possible.Maybe even 31"s with a zero offset ,is anyone running that setup succesfully without upgrading the axles etc ? The truck is being built for massive articulation .

from what I have seen, most aftermarket rims run either a +11, +6, zero or -25mm offset and to be honest I've never heard anyone really complain of rubbing.

I have had zero offset and -25mm off set on my d1's and never had an issue with rubbing, some may need the adjusters on the knuckles wound out a tad but I've never had wheels or tyres rub on body or suspension components with small offsets but mind you when I was running a -25mm offset on 35's, the guards had to be manicured with an agle grinder.....but thats just as much about room to fit them under the guards as it is for articulation

never had an issue with stock axles on my unlocked D1 but my other one that was twin locked was running HD axles front and rear. I have had decent articulation with all my D1's regardless of the rims/tyre combination

hope that helps, no one else seems to be offering anything

-25 would give it the widest track of all listed above, however you will need some form of flares if going 10.5 or wider.
