ome shocks question...
Just a quicky...
Ive been offered a set of Old Man Emus shocks for peanuts.
Im currently wondering does anyone know if they are ok to run on standard height springs? Its a 1995 300tdi disco.
I dont have time before a long trip to fit taller springs.
They're the OME Nitrocharger N27 and N45F ones.
Many thanks and sorry for the rushed message as Im writing on my phone.

Hi Hugh,
I ran the OME shocks on my D1 for about six months before I replaced the springs. Like yourself a bargain to good to pass up came my way so I ran them until I could get the springs. The just run on a different place on the piston rod, I didn't do any off road stuff though, I never put the actual articulation to the test.

They are fine for standard suspension, and up to 50mm
