Oil in Diesel Pump diaphragm
Hi All,
Was going to see if my diesel pump had been tweaked today and upon lifting the diaphragm top cover a little oil dripped out and it is visible sitting on top of the diaphragm.
Would this be coming from the Turbo boost signal line? As I can't see where else it would be from.
I've never had top cap off to know how long its been there for or if its a build up over many years prior to my ownership.
I'd have thought some oil in boost line is acceptable or should I be looking deeper?
Cheers,
Rez

Don't worry, pretty normal.
Diesel under the diaphragm is a more worrying scenario, the governor pin O ring is the cause for that.
