If your dog has shredded the lining in your tailgate, what are best options for repair?

Strangely enough just got a quote for a replacement new door trim (no dog, just some rough previous owner) $40 from British Offroad. Not any stronger obviously but I would suggest replace the trim and buy a dog cage, they actually grow to like them quite quickly so don't worry about them stressing.

The easiest thing to do is take it off. I took mine off to do some work in the door and found by leaving it off it gave you plenty of places to store bit and pieces. I was going to put a drop down table but did not get around to it.
    Cheers, David.

nope, just means now I dont have to carry around a gas burner in the cargo area when it comes time for drive ins, camping or jaffling up mid traffic jam.

forgot I had pics of it setup in other threads and had already replied, I've added the links to the post.

do you have any measurements for this? I'd like a table alone... not so much the built in cooker... or did you just take the wood thing off take it to a fabricator and say "make this"
