Just got home from a trip out to Oodnadatta and then the Streslecki Track. A technical difficulty has arisen that I didn't expect or prepare for...

The metal bracket that holds the lock ring and light for the glove compartment vibrated so badly that the clips have broken and the bracket has parted company with the dash. Looking at the bracket the clips seem to be moulded into the dash and they have broken down the centre - there is part of the clips things in the beacked and part remaining on the dash.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a repair. My good idea (super glue) hasn't worked.
