    i had simlar problems with my 95 3.9 disco i even flushed a few times,
    i took it to a radiator joint they fixed the problem
    my 3 core was 65-70% junked up maybe look into pulling it well apart for a good clean up

    Hi Had similar issues with mine a few months ago. Turned out to be a large portion of the radiator was rusted out on the back side. Too far gone to have it rodded so just got it re-cored.

    Even then temp was a little all over the place until I replaced the fan clutch.
    Check for signs of discoloration or oil leakage on the fan clutch.
