The steel pipe under the crimp. Would cut it off and use a normal piece of hose double clamped for a temp fix but I have very minimal tools here!

All i can suggest is somewhere like AMV Ringwood or Ritter in Burwood or try Pirtek/ Enzed for some hose and clamps to get you going again - even Repco and Autobarn .

Where are you ? I'm in West Gippsland and my 300 Tdi manual is awaiting a head so I guess none of my bits would help you out. You're welcome to use my tools etc if thats any help. PM me if you like.

PS. Would the pipe be the same on a 1988 RRC ? If so no.1 son (who is also on this forum) may lend it to you to get out of trouble as his RRC (V8 auto) is also off the road for a bit of TLC.
