    300tdi Auto

    Hey,

    Just wondering if anyone knows what size the thread is on the oil cooler and gearbox for the cooler lines. Any help is much appreciated.

    I'm not 100% sure but my guess would be 1/2" BSP. I replaced my Auto cooler with a one from a Range Rover P38 and it was the same fittings for the P38 so I just used the ends and got Enzed to silver solder on some push-ons.

    I'd ask this question in the general forum as it will get higher visibility than on the D1 forum.

    What is the reason you need to know? are you fitting bigger coolers etc as there are several threads already that may be useful.
