    D1's Rule ...Kind of anyway.

Drove the mighty D1 to work and back today, haven't driven the old girl for nearly six months sad to say.

Must admit I had forgotten how much bloody fun the old war horse is to drive. Talk about put a smile on my dile. ...

Just thought I'd share this revelation with those who might actually appreciate it. ...
    Cheers,
    Terry

I haven't driven my D1 for 6 months either. In fact the last time I did, it was to pull a bogged Isuzu truck off the very wet and muddy grass verge outside our property. It was stuck up to it's axles - Low 1st with the tow strap and hardly noticed it was attached to the back.

And I had a big smile after that.

They last longer if you only drive them every 6 months

Now Terry, just imagine how much better you'd feel if you were doing that with a Defer,,, Mind you, D1's are pretty close to the mark,, I used to love my old V8,, longest continuous drive I've ever owned,, , sadly long gone now
