I want to change the fuel filter on my sons d1.What is the easiest way to depressurise the fuel system?![]()

No pump running and no pressure. I changed mine a few weekends ago, didn't have to depressurise anything.
G'day,
Look on common rail for fuel injectors (drivers side) on top of the engine.
You will find a relief valve under the black valve cap. Looks remarkably similar to a tyre valve cap.
Depress to relieve any pressure. (Watch out for petrol in the eyes!)
Hope this helps
