    Help with handbrake spring please

    I replaced the handbrake shoes and transfer
    Case rear output seal. I have one small spring
    Left that goes with the handbrake shoes but can't
    Remember where it goes. Pretty sure it is to do with
    The handbrake mechanism in the drum.
    The shoes are back in. Top retaining plate is in with its spring.
    The long spring holding the tops of the shoes together
    Is in. Just the last short spring with hooks either end I'm lost on.
    Pictures maybe would help.

    Glad you sorted it out.

    If you haven't already done so check your transfer case breather tube and make sure that isn't blocked otherwise I suspect that the seal will go again if the pressure builds up enough in the transfer case.

    Thanks. I checked the breather, it's fine
    Output flange was well worn
