Probably not the cause I realise, but you didn't mention replacing the air filter.

^agree.
If you're out of ideas you cold look for an air intake restriction, but on paper it still screams of fuel problems. Happy to be proven wrong if need be. I can only suggest going back and checking each component of the fuel system / lines one section at a time until you find the problem.
This is all still assuming there is no smoke out the back.

that's what I am thinking, go back and look at it all again....
I looked at the air filter on the weekend looked clean, I have a solenoid so I might change it out too.
